Dear Parishioners and Friends,

I want to express my deepest gratitude for your ongoing prayers, devotion, and generosity toward Annunciation Parish. Through your faithful stewardship during our first campaign, we achieved remarkable progress in restoring our historic church building.

As we look to the future of our parish community, our shared commitment to faith, fellowship, and stewardship remains the cornerstone of our ministry. Our parish now faces urgent infrastructure needs in our school building following critical failures in our 100-year-old heating boilers and radiator systems. Because Annunciation Parish owns the school building, it is our responsibility to maintain these facilities for our students, faculty, and parish programs—including CCD, OCIA, youth group activities, and community gatherings.

To fund these essential health and safety upgrades, we are launching the Building for God's People Capital Campaign. Fulfilling this necessity will truly take each and every one of us working together in faith. I ask that you prayerfully consider how you and your family can participate in supporting this vital initiative. Thank you!

Sincerely Yours in Christ,
Rev. Richard Lyons

Need: Our school facility experienced severe failures in its heating infrastructure during 2025. In addition to gym radiator pipes rusting beyond repair, a critical leak was discovered in one of our 100-year-old boilers, causing inconsistent heating that left some classrooms overheating while others remained without heat..

Vision: To fully modernize the heating and cooling infrastructure across the entire school campus. This includes replacing the outdated boilers and radiators with safe, energy-efficient HVAC systems.

Impact: Create an environment where our students can excel and our parish community can continue to gather in faith. Beyond daily school use, the school building hosts key parish activities including CCD, OCIA, youth group events, and community gatherings.
