Sacred Music

“Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness, come before His presence with singing.” Psalm 100: 1-2

There are several opportunities to become involved in the sacred music ministry. There are two choirs the Adult Music Ensemble and the Youth Ensemble. The Youth ensemble is open to grades 4 through college. Singers and Instrumentalists of high school and college age may join either group or both. There are seasonal Adult choirs that accompany the liturgies during the Christmas and Easter seasons, as well as 40 hours, parish missions and Confirmation. Qualified singers serve as a Cantor or Song Leader for the Saturday Evening Mass as well as serving as a substitute when the ensembles are not singing.
